DESCRIPTION:The third of our rallies this year\, the venue is at Chichester Yacht Club (https://www.cyc.co.uk/) (CYC) and the date\, 9 – 12 August 2025. This has been a popular meet in the past and is the only rally where we sail on tidal waters. \nThe provisional programme for the rally is: \n(Note – all days/times provisional and subject to weather) \nFriday 8 August\nArrivals and setting up. Boat rigging at sailing club\n8pm – Welcome followed by informal social gathering at Bell Caravan Park Rally Field – bring your folding chairs. (Will be outside so obviously weather dependant) \nSaturday 9 August\n10:15am Briefing at Chichester Yacht Club \n10:30am Access to water for Racing or Free sailing\nSafety boat cover provided for all boats within designated area (during race periods) \n4:15pm AGM To be held at St James Community Centre\, St James Church\, Church Lane\, Birdham\, Chichester\, PO20 7HG \n6:30 Bring your own/arrange delivery of takeaway and eat in communal group at Bell Caravan Park Rally Field – bring your folding chairs. (Will be outside so obviously weather dependant) \nRound robin fast boules pairs competition – day one. \nSunday 10 August\n11:00am Briefing at Chichester Yacht Club \n11:15am Access to water for Racing or Free sailing\nSafety boat cover provided for all boats within designated area (during race periods) \nEvening – bring your own BBQ and eat in a communal setting followed by social gathering (at Bell Caravan Rally Field – bring your folding chairs)\nRound robin fast boules pairs competition – day two. \nMonday 11 August\nSailing cruise or motor cruise\nGames evening (at Bell Caravan Rally Field – bring your folding chairs) \nTuesday 12 August\nSailing cruise or motor cruise\nEvening – informal social gathering (at Bell Caravan Rally Field – bring your folding chairs) \nWednesday 22 August – Pack up and fond farewells \nFor more details please complete the form at the bottom of this page.
