Ullswater
A new venue for a Tinker Meet (which we know some of you have already visited and highly recommend) on the shores of Ullswater in the Lake District. Launching and recovery of boats is available direct from the campsite. For those not camping, parking and launching is available for a fee, but also needs to be booked in advance.

It is proposed to have 4 full rally days, Friday 16 May to Monday 19 May 2025 inclusive. Ullswater allows the use of engines so motor cruises a well as sailing cruises are feasible. There are a selection of venues around Ullswater that provide suitable cruise destinations for a day out. We also propose to hold some races using the normal format and free sailing will be available as required. When a safety boat is required we will have to take it in turns it operate and provide the necessary cover.
There are some Glamping Pods and a cottage for rent at the site, if anyone is interested, please let us know and we will make further enquires.
There are B & B and hotels close by for those not wishing to camp.
